Perfume!

Amongst those who know me it is no secret that I am quite partial to buying fragrance. My collection has grown and grown over the last five years and is now getting ridiculously big.

I am finding that my tastes in fragrance are changing as I get older. I am a sucker for a sweet fragrance though. Although the sickly sweet ones aren't floating my boat as they once did. Perhaps this is an indication that I am maturing (well in a fragrance sense anyway lol).

I am by no means a fragrance snob either, I generally don't care who a fragrance is by, if I like it I like it and that is that.

Lolita Lempicka was my favourite perfume for a long time and then I moved on to Stila's Creme Bouquet which I have loved for the longest time. I still love both of them but when I discovered Jo Malone my loyalties shifted slightly.

I remember the first time I visted the Jo Malone counter in a department store in Melbourne. It was such a decadent experience. The counter looked gorgeous, the bottles so uniform crisp and clean and the matching bath oils, body lotions and candles sealed the deal.

The first Jo Malone fragrance I ever got was Nectarine Blossom and Honey. I am a real collector so naturally had to have the bath oil, body lotion and candle to match. The funny thing is that out of all my Jo Malone fragrances this is the one I use the least.

The Second Jo Malone fragrance I purchased was French Lime Blossom and ohhh how I love it! I have repurchased three times now and still love it as much as I did upon my first sniff.

My Favourite Jo Malone fragrance is Blue Agava and Cacao. I love this so much. It evokes imagery of fluffy birthday cake in my mind!

Other Jo Malone Fragrances in my collection include:

Lotus Blossom and Waterlily
Grapefruit
Honeysuckle and Jasmine
Vintage Gardenia
Pomegranate Noir
Red Roses
Wild Fig and Cassis

I am also excited because I just ordered a newby Sweet Lime and Cedar. I always buy the fragrance with all the other products and while it's a costly exercise I do love them so and my dresser looks so gorgeous with them all sitting there.
